We will immediately exchange the gift certificate or offer a credit to your account. If necessary a full refund will be given. Note: Unless otherwise stated by law, a refund may take up to 45 days from the date of request.

Are there any restrictions for certificate use?

How do I purchase a Gift certificate?

Once completed you have three options to print your certificates. 1) Print your gift certificate on the spot. 2) A link will be sent directly to your email address allowing you to print it at a later date. 3) If you created a free account you can login from any computer and print your gift certificate(s) at a later date.

When does a gift certificate expire?
All gift Certificates expire one (1) year from the purchase date unless otherwise stated by law.

I don’t have a printer, can you mail me a Gift Certificate?
Gift certificates can be ordered by phone by calling 1.866.283.6809. A shipping and handled fee of $1.50 will be applied to all telephone orders.

What do I do if I damage or lose my Gift Certificate?
If you lose or damage your certificate simply print it again. However, keep in mind that your Gift Certificate has a unique ID # assigned (bottom left corner) to it and it can only be used once. Merchants will reject any attempt to reuse a Gift Certificate.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders can not be cancelled after the checkout process is completed.

Is there a policy on returning a Gift Certificate after I purchased it?
As a General Rule ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, in the event that a merchant is no longer in business or refuses to honor the advertised deal we will exchange the certificate or offer a credit to your account.
